We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan so we have made this Refund/Replacement Policy to help you!
CHANGES ON ORDERS:
Customers are allowed to make changes to orders placed within 12 hours of making their purchases.
We do not accept changes of orders outside the 12 hours window because our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning.
If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address. Please send us a email to firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we'll do our best to support you!
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
If you received an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally order, please email us a photo to show proof of this within 48 hours, if its our fault, we'll take responsibility and get your correct one shipped out to you.
We can ONLY offer you Free Replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty - damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
We sent wrong item - size, style, color.
Parcels that is lost in transit.
After 48 hours of receiving the items, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
If you wish to request a refund after 12 hours of purchase time stamp, you must wait till you receive your product before you return the package in it's new, unopened, original condition, back to us. Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.Please send us the tracking number so we can help track your return packages. Once we receive your item, inspect the product, we'll grant you the full refund.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement or refund. We reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
We will not be held liable to any misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Please allow up to a few weeks.
